配送について

  • 発送後、通常2〜3営業日以内にお届けします。お届け先の地域や配送業者の状況によって多少前後する場合がございます。

  • 本州880円
    沖縄・北海道は1320円

    お買い上げ金額が5000円以上の方は送料が無料です。

  • 現在、国内（日本）への発送のみ対応しております。海外在住で商品をご希望の方は、info@brainworksjapan.com までお気軽にご相談ください。

  • はい。発送完了後、追跡番号をメールにてお知らせします。配送状況のご確認にお役立てください。

ご注文について

  • 発送前のご注文に限り、キャンセルを承ります。ご注文番号を添えて、できるだけ早く info@brainworksjapan.com までご連絡ください。発送後のキャンセルはお受けできませんのでご了承ください。

  • info@brainworksjapan.com までお問い合わせください。通常、1〜2営業日以内にご返信いたします。

返品・返金について

  • 商品の種類によって異なります。

    食器・コーヒーツール： ご購入から30日以内に、レシートをご持参のうえご返品いただけます。未使用・元の状態であることが条件です。

    食品（焙煎コーヒー豆・チョコレート）： 食品の性質上、原則として返品・返金はお受けできません。

  • 大変ご迷惑をおかけし、申し訳ございません。商品到着後7日以内に、注文番号と商品の写真を添えて info@brainworksjapan.com までご連絡ください。交換または返金の対応をいたします。

  • 食品（焙煎コーヒー豆・チョコレート）については、お気持ちの変化による返金はお受けできません。食器・コーヒーツールは、ご購入から30日以内・レシートあり・未使用の条件を満たす場合に限りご返品いただけます。

Shipping

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

  • 880 yen for Honshu

    1,320 yen for Okinawa and Hokkaido

    Furthermore, delivery is free for orders totalling 5,000 yen or more.

  • At this time, we ship within Japan only. If you are located outside Japan and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at info@brainworksjapan.com and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Orders

  • Cancellations are accepted before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@brainworksjapan.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

  • Please reach out to us at info@brainworksjapan.com. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Returns & Refunds

  • It depends on the product type:

    Tableware and coffee tools: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

    Food products (roasted coffee beans and chocolate): Due to their perishable nature, food items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at info@brainworksjapan.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  • We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind on food products (roasted coffee beans and chocolate). For tableware and coffee tools, returns are accepted within 30 days with the original receipt, provided items are unused and in their original condition.
